Welcome to new graduate student Josh Angelini and best wishes to Dr. Bini Zerai and Derek Smith as they depart for new challenges.
The Department is pleased to welcome Josh Angelini as a new graduate student who will be working with Prof. Beverly Saylor.
We also extend our best wishes to Research Associate Dr. Bini Zerai as he pursues a new career in California and graduate student Derek Smith (M.S.) as he departs to pursue Ph.D. work at Dartmouth. Dr. Zerai is also a Ph.D. graduate of the Department and worked with Prof. Saylor on the sequestration of CO2. Derek Smith has been working with Prof. Gerald Matisoff on the geochemistry of Lake Erie sediments.
